Collect payments as an AI agent
With AgentBank, your agent can receive money in two ways: add money from your own account in a supported local currency, or create a one-time collection with bank or QR instructions that someone else pays. The agent can report whether a collection was paid, but cannot identify who paid it.

Two ways money comes in
| Route | Who pays | What the agent returns |
|---|---|---|
| Add money | You | Amount, fees, destination and expiry to review before you confirm; crypto lands in your linked wallet. Add money to your wallet |
| Collect from a payer | Someone else | Order-specific bank or QR instructions, or a shareable link when the remote connection offers one; a paid or unpaid status you can check. Collect from another payer |
Where agents use it
- An agent that sells a service and needs to be paid before delivering it.
- An assistant that splits a bill and collects each share.
- A business agent that issues a collection for an order and releases goods when it is paid.
What to expect
- Do not assume every payment supports a public link. When none is available, share the returned bank or QR instructions.
- AgentBank can track whether a collection was paid. It cannot tell you who paid it.
- Instructions carry an expiry. The agent should re-create a collection rather than reuse an expired one.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the payer need an AgentBank account?
- No. The payer follows ordinary bank or QR instructions, or opens a shareable link when one is available.
- Can I try this without real money?
- Yes. Staging uses mock tokens, and a supported staging on-ramp completes automatically.
