If something goes wrong

  • Bank transfers may become irreversible after funding. Check recipient details, amounts, fees and expiry before confirming.
  • A pending payment should be tracked, not paid again. Cancel or correct a payment
  • If funds have moved and a payment fails, the agent finds the next safe step. Recover a payment
